Dear Bully Bunches customers,

We want to keep you informed about potential delays affecting shipments due to labour actions at Canadian ports and ongoing strikes at Canada Post. Here’s a breakdown of how these events may impact your orders and the steps we’re taking to minimize any disruptions.

Port Lockouts

Several major Canadian ports including Montreal and Vancouver have been affected by labour disputes and lockouts, which are causing delays in receiving some of our products and ingredients as well as the time in which it takes to distribute our products between our facilities. This could lead to longer processing times, especially for items arriving from our suppliers.

Canada Post Strike and Transition to UPS

The Canada Post strike is currently affecting the delivery times for orders shipped through their services. To ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible, we are transitioning to UPS for our deliveries. UPS offers a reliable service with minimal disruptions, and we’re confident that this shift will help keep your orders on schedule. Please note that only Canada Post can deliver to PO boxes and some rural areas. If you select a PO box, your order will ship with Canada Post and may take longer to transit.

What This Means for You

While we are doing our best to mitigate these challenges, please be aware of the following:

  • Longer Processing Times: Due to potential delays at the ports mixed with high holiday volume, some orders may take longer to process.
  • Alternative Carriers: Starting November 13th, orders that would typically be shipped via Canada Post will now be handled by UPS (with the exception of orders shipped to PO Boxes).

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this holiday season. Our team is committed to providing timely updates and to ensuring your experience with Bully Bunches remains as smooth as possible. Thank you for your continued support!
